You can cancel your orders within 24 hours of placing an order for CDs, books .. Refund will be given after deducting the finance, bank charges etc.
In case of online products which are to be downloaded like presentations, videos , assessments or online courses no refund is applicable after the order is placed. For online products adequate description/review and/ or sample is provided. Users are advised to go through them carefully before placing the order.
