Birbal called king of kabool, as the full moon.. indirectly indicating that he has reached the peak of his reign and his kingdom will now decline like the full moon does post full moon day whereas his king, Akbar, is like new moon, bright & young and with a lot of scope to grow and expand. And most importantly, the way he put forward his thoughts infront of the king in a very positive yet true manner.
